Sagely Place
Sagely Place is the newest housing development on Zion Road. Constructed by Riggins Custom Homes, the neighborhood will offer 180 town homes that will connect to the Lakewood Subdivision through Frontier Elm. Construction of Phase I began in late spring 2020. Riggins has not currently published an estimated time of completion on Phase I or Phase II and Phase III of construction.
